Cora is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience helping people move better, manage pain, and feel more confident in their bodies. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, from athletes and active individuals to those living with chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, hypermobility, neurological disorders, and other complex health concerns.

Her approach is rooted in the belief that every person is unique. During your assessment, Cora looks beyond the immediate symptoms to understand the bigger picture, including lifestyle, movement patterns, stress, and health history. She combines hands-on treatment with education and practical strategies to create a plan that supports both short-term relief and long-term health goals.

Cora has pursued extensive continuing education in pain science, chronic pain management, dermoneuromodulation (DNM), TMJ dysfunction, biomechanics, myofascial therapy, injury rehabilitation, and movement-based recovery. She has a particular interest in helping clients navigate persistent pain, nervous system dysregulation, hypermobility, autoimmune conditions, and women’s health concerns, including the physical changes that can occur through perimenopause and beyond.

As both a therapist and a lifelong student of health and movement, Cora believes in a balanced, sustainable approach to wellness rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. Her own experiences with strength training, injury recovery, and navigating complex health challenges have reinforced her belief that health is rarely linear and that lasting progress comes from understanding and working with your body rather than against it. Whether your goal is reducing pain, improving performance, returning to activity, or simply feeling better day-to-day, she works with you to create realistic strategies that fit your life.
